Thomas Forde '26, Portfolio Manager
Thomas Forde, from Mystic, CT, is a senior Finance major. His academic honors include Beta Gamma Sigma – Business Honor Society and Chi Alpha Sigma – Student-Athlete Honor Society. Thomas had the opportunity to intern at Novo Nordisk this past summer as a Strategy and Operations Intern and has previous experience in Wealth Management. Thomas also dedicated four years to athletics, being named Captain for the Division 1 Track & Field team in their 2025-2026 season.

Matthew R. Fiala '26, Director of Research
Matthew Fiala, from Millis, MA, is a senior Finance major with minors in Data Analytics and Economics. This past summer, he interned with Empower House Financial Group, a branch of RBC Wealth Management, where he assisted in financial planning and portfolio analysis for high-net-worth clients. He previously gained experience in community banking with Middlesex Savings Bank. Matthew also serves as Treasurer of the Business Analytics Club and has earned his Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.

Ryan Claffey '26, Analyst
Ryan Claffey, from Colchester, CT, is a senior Actuarial Mathematics Major with a minor in Economics. He has excelled academically and has been admitted to the Lambda Epsilon Sigma, Chi Alpha Sigma, and Kappa Mu Epsilon honor societies at Stonehill. This past summer, Ryan had the opportunity to intern at Travelers Insurance, where he gained experience working with advanced modeling processes. Ryan also dedicated four years to athletics, as part of the inaugural Division 1 Men's Soccer team. Following graduation, Ryan will return to Travelers for a full-time position as part of its Actuarial Leadership Development Program.

Aidan Cole '26, Analyst
Aidan Cole, from Lynn, MA, is a senior Finance major with a minor in Data Analytics. He has excelled academically and has been admitted to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society at Stonehill. He also is a 2nd year tutor at Stonehill, hosting sessions in Business Core courses. This past summer, Aidan interned at RWA Wealth Partners on the Client Service and Operations team.

Nicholas R. Ferrara '26, Analyst
Nick Ferrara, from Quincy, MA, is a senior double major in Finance and Mathematics and a member of the Moreau Honors Program. His academic achievements include induction into multiple honor societies at Stonehill, including Beta Gamma Sigma (business), Lambda Epsilon Sigma (school-wide), Sigma Zeta (STEM), and Kappa Mu Epsilon (Mathematics). This past summer, Nick interned in FP&A at the DiCalogero Agency, Knights of Columbus. The summer before, he held a position as an accounting intern at HarborOne Bank in Brockton, MA. At Stonehill, Nick also gives back through his time as a Resident Assistant and a Learning Assistant.
Jaxson Kahawai, '27 Analyst
Jaxson Kahawai, from Pearl City, HI, is a junior Finance major. He consistently qualified for the Stonehill College Dean’s List every semester. Jaxson is a current member of the Division I Men’s Soccer team at Stonehill.


Cole McInnis, '26 Analyst
Cole McInnis, from Sandwich, MA, is a senior Finance major with a minor in Philosophy. Recognized on the Dean’s List in five of six semesters, reflecting consistent academic performance. He also has experience in event coordination and hospitality and is involved with the Financial Management Association.

Nicolas Oustinow, '26 Analyst
Nicolas Oustinow, from Bedford, MA, is a senior Finance major. This past summer, Nic interned at Noble Rock Software, a private equity firm in Boston, where he supported investment analysis and portfolio company initiatives. He also has experience working for HydroCision, a medical device company, and AtScale, an infrastructure software company, where he contributed to sales, operations, and research initiatives.

Jason Passatempo '27, Analyst
Jason Passatempo, from Lynnfield, MA, is a junior majoring in Finance and Economics at Stonehill College. He is a member of the Moreau Honors Program, recognized for his academic excellence and consistent high distinction. This past summer, Jason interned at Sharon & Crescent United (SCU) Credit Union in their commercial lending department.

Kevin M. Pitts, '26 Analyst
Kevin Pitts, from Norton, MA, is a senior Finance major with a minor in Data Analytics. This past summer, he interned at EP Wealth Advisors, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning for high-net-worth clients. He has continued his internship through the fall semester, strengthening his skills in portfolio management and client relations.

Brian A. Ronan, '26 Analyst
Brian Ronan, from Framingham, MA, is a senior Finance major with a minor in Data Analytics. He has excelled academically and has been admitted to the Beta Gamma Sigma and Lambda Epsilon Sigma honor societies at Stonehill. This past summer, Brian interned at RWA Wealth Partners as a Client Relations and Operations Intern, gaining experience in wealth management and client service. He previously worked as a Sales Intern with a group focused on fintech initiatives for regional banks.

Michael Soliman '27, Analyst
Michael Soliman, from Northborough, MA, is a junior Finance major with a minor in Financial Technology (FinTech). He is a member of the Moreau Honors Program. This past summer, Michael interned at SHP Wealth Management, gaining experience in portfolio analysis and client advisory services. Prior to that, he interned at a contracting firm, where he assisted in project budgeting and financial operations.

Makayla L. Strickulis '26, Analyst
Makayla Strickulis, from Goffstown, NH, is a senior Finance major with minors in both Data Analytics and Economics. Her academic honors include Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, the St. Thomas Aquinas Medal of Academics for the highest GPA on the Division 1 Field Hockey Team and received the 2025 FEI Boston Chapter Scholarship. Makayla has dedicated four years to Stonehill athletics, being a captain on the Field Hockey team, and interned at Fidelity Investments this past summer.
