Sean Heffron, Portfolio Manager
Sean Heffron, from Lynnfield, MA, is a junior Finance major and Data Analytics minor. His strong academic performance has earned him a position on the Dean's List for the past three semesters, and admission admitted into the SCIFI program at the end of his sophomore year. His strong interest in Finance led him to become a financial analyst for Breakaway Ice Center the summer following his freshman year. At BIC, Sean researched the Virtual and Augmented Reality markets for an investment project in addition to working with the company's financial statements and expense reports. Although internship plans were postponed this past summer due to the novel coronavirus, Sean allocated his time towards his role at SCIFI, completed the CFA Institutes Program, gained additional financial skills through his Financial Management Association membership, and worked on his personal portfolio of 10 securities. Outside the classroom and SCIFI, Sean is very active around campus, serving as the Co-President and Captain for the Men's Club Hockey program at Stonehill.
Andrew Conaty, Analyst
Andrew Conaty, from Barrington, RI, is a senior Finance major with an Economics and
Entrepreneurship minor. His academic performance has landed him on the dean’s list for six
straight semesters along with two honors societies, Beta Gamma Sigma and Lambda Epsilon
Sigma. Andrew interned at Sensata Technologies as a Corporate Finance Intern during the
Summer of 2021, where he researched active contracts and performed missed cash flow
calculations to ensure all non-recurring engineering costs have been properly recovered and
forecast. Outside of the Skyhawk Investment Group, Andrew is active around campus,
serving as the President of the Financial Management Association and a member of the
Julia D'Agostino, Analyst
Julia D’Agostino, from Chelmsford, MA, is a senior Finance major and an Economics and Entrepreneurship double minor. This past summer, she interned with Santander Bank where she spent her time working in Financial Planning and Analysis as a Commercial Finance intern analyzing financial statements, loan forecasts, and generating reports in Excel. Outside of SCIFI, Julia is an active member of Stonehill’s Division 2 Varsity Lacrosse Team, Vice President of the Women in Finance club, a member of the Financial Management Association, and writes articles for Stonehill’s Her Campus club. She has also been a Teaching Assistant for both Micro and Macroeconomics courses. Her hobbies include traveling, skiing, cheering for Boston sports, and writing.
Collin Fabbri, Analyst
Collin Fabbri, from Lynnfield, MA, is a senior Finance major and MIS minor. His academic performance has landed him on Dean’s List the last 2 semesters. When not participating in SCIFI, Collin is involved with the Financial Management Association chapter at Stonehill as a Liaison and participates with Stonehill’s Club Golf Team. This past summer, Collin obtained a Finance and Accounting role with Watt’s Water Technologies where he worked on revenue forecasting, account reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting processes. He also presented work to senior management as well as working on the 10-Q filing process. In his free time, Collin enjoys fishing, golfing and hiking.
John Flanders, Analyst
John Flanders, from Braintree, MA, is a senior Finance major. Last year, John was a member of the SRA Partners program, an experience that drove him to pursue SIG. During this time, he also completed the Engage program. This past summer, he studied at the London School of Economics taking classes in Alternative Investments, and Fixed Income. Outside of SCIFI, John participated in the H.O.P.E. Service Immersion trip to Lima, Peru, and participates in the Financial Management Association.
Leilah Johnson, Analyst
Leilah Johnson, from Lakeville, MA, is a junior Finance major and Economics minor. This past summer, she was a Finance intern for Dell Technologies and plans to return in Summer 2022. Her academic prowess is exemplified by her membership in the Moreau Honors Program, which has a 5% acceptance rate. Her commitment to academic achievement and the Stonehill community is also reflected by her role as the TA for Corporate Finance for 2021-2022. Outside of the classroom, Leilah is part of Stonehill’s Women in Finance group, Club Field Hockey, and DECA chapter, where she focuses on business ethics and corporate finance. She enjoys fitness and spending much of her free time in the gym. Other academic interests for Leilah outside of her major include law and healthcare.
Lloyd King, Analyst
Lloyd King, from New Rochelle, NY, is a senior Finance major. His strong academic performance earned him a spot on the dean’s list for five semesters. During the 2021
spring semester, Lloyd’s interest in finance led him to the SRA partners program at Stonehill where he assisted the 2021 SIG analyst class with equity research and investment idea generation. In the summer of 2021, Lloyd interned at First Republic Bank as a client service associate on a private wealth management team. Over the course of the summer, he generated Excel spreadsheets to assist with client progress tracking, worked on projects to help better manage operations of the team, and provided valuable client service. He is also a four-year starter on the College's varsity football team.
Brandon Kramer, Analyst
Brandon Kramer of Sandwich, Massachusetts, is a junior Finance major and Economics minor. Brandon takes an active role on campus as the Vice President of Marketing for the Stonehill College Financial Management Association, often advertising and promoting club events in person and on social media. Brandon also took part in another pillar of the SCIFI Program, SRA Partners, where he provided investment finance and macroeconomic research assistance to past Skyhawk Investment Group analysts. Over the summer, Brandon interned at the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod where he worked in the Commercial Credit Department providing analytical and administrative support regarding the underwriting and management of the bank’s commercial loan portfolio. Away from the classroom, Brandon enjoys many types of outdoor sports and activities such as tennis, golf, basketball, and even spending time as a soccer referee when able.
Justin Levsky, Analyst
Justin Levsky, from Longmeadow, MA, is a senior Finance major and Economics minor.
This past summer, he interned with Baystate Health in their corporate office in Springfield, MA. At Baystate Health, Justin was in the role of a summer associate in corporate treasury where he provided analysis for several projects supporting Baystate’s investment and debt portfolios. Over the course of the summer, Justin provided financial scenario modeling for two RFP processes on a $100 M + ePayable program vendor change, a $28 M property acquisition, assisted with the transition of Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) advisor, and created a detailed database for Baystate’s $158 M Private Equity investment portfolio. Justin has taken steps outside the classroom to further his financial knowledge by completing the CFA Investment Foundations Program (2020) and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
Exam (2021). Outside of SCIFI, Justin is an active member of Stonehill’s Division II
Varsity Football Team as a Defensive End.
Max Melville, Analyst
Max Melville, from Newton, MA, is a senior Finance major and Economics minor. His academic performance has earned him a position on the Dean’s list for the past four semesters. Max was introduced to SIG through his role as a research assistant in the inaugural SRA Partners program last spring. Recently, Max has begun to research cryptocurrency and blockchain technology for Untamed Ventures, an early-stage venture firm based in Boston. On-campus, Max serves as the Vice President of Operations in the Financial Management Association as well as a Residents Assistant for the college’s Residence Life. Outside of the classroom, Max enjoys supporting Liverpool Football Club, listening to hip hop music, skateboarding, volunteering
Patrick Milton, Analyst
Patrick Milton, from Littleton, CO, is a senior Finance major and Economics minor. Over the
past two summers, he interned at the aerospace company, United Launch Alliance, in its internal audit and the program cost scheduling groups. He received the Moriarty Scholar Award in 2019-2020, which is given to the student with the highest GPA for each class year in the business department. He has made the Dean's list every semester and is a member of two honor societies: Beta Gamma Sigma and Lambda Epsilon Sigma. On campus he holds various leadership positions in Campus Ministry, serves as a teaching assistant for financial accounting, volunteers at My Brother’s Keeper, and plays on the club rugby team. When he goes home for winter, he loves to snowboard the Rocky Mountains and play pond hockey.
Jonathan Riley, Analyst
Jonathan Riley, from Framingham, MA, is a junior Finance major. His academic performance earned him a position on the Dean’s List for the past three semesters. Over the summer of 2020, Jonathan interned at State Street Corporation in its cash monitoring and control team where he monitored internal money transfers for client risk and overdrafts. In his sophomore year, Jonathan completed the ENGAGE leadership program along with the SRA Partners program. During his spare time, Jonathan enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and reading about finance and history.
Daniel Sammarco, Analyst
Daniel Sammarco, from Plainville, MA, is a junior double major in Finance and Spanish. His strong academic performance has earned him a position on the Dean's List for the past four semesters and admission into the SIG program at the end of his sophomore year. He also received the Moriarty Scholar Award in 2020 & 2021, which is given to the student with the highest GPA for each class year in the business department. Dan interned at Cowen and Company in the summer of 2021 where he worked on an equity research team focused on publicly traded companies within the life sciences and diagnostic tools industries. At Cowen, Dan gained experience working with financial models, analyzing quarterly earnings calls, and contributing to published research reports. Outside of SIG, Dan is an active officer of Stonehill’s Financial Management Association and enjoys producing electronic music, tossing the frisbee, skiing, playing poker, and improving his Spanish skills.
Jordan Willis, Analyst
Jordan Willis of North Attleboro, MA, is a senior Finance major and Data Analytics minor. Her academic performance has landed her on the Dean’s list for 5 consecutive semesters and in the Lambda Epsilon Sigma honor society. This past summer, she interned with Dell Technologies as a Finance and Business Operations Intern working on Technical Sales Enablement team. Outside of the classroom and SCIFI, Jordan is very active on campus, serving as a secretary of Women in Finance and Orientation Leader.
